1 Ch 12:32 Of the sons of Issachar, men who understood the times, with knowledge of what Israel should do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their kinsmen were at their command.

The sons of Issachar were intelligent men, who understood the signs of the times, well versed in political affairs, and knew what was proper to be done in all the exigencies of human life; and who now perceived that it was both the duty and political interest of Israel to advance David to the throne.Today we seek sons and daughters of Issachar, men and women who understand the times we are living in and know what is to be done in all the exigencies of human life to advance King Jesus to His throne.

Prophecies about the future

Greetings saints,
If you are like me, you are seeing and hearing prophecies from the "prophets" of the day prophesying everything for America from great revival and restoration to great destruction; confusing at the least. So where is "truth"? If it is blessing and restoration for us, it will surely come from God and not from any man or women. If it is judgment and great trouble, what then are we, the true Church to do? One prophet I read recently said that "God told her that the future was Jeremiah 8 on a world wide scale.
There is one consistent call from the prophetic voices today that is for repentance, to return to the Lord, and to obey His commandments. That brings us to an interesting point. For Israel, God has given some "everlasting ordinances", some "statutes forever". Now since the true Church is adopted into Israel through Jesus, (the one new man) is part of the instruction to repent, return to God, and obey His commandments, to keep the "statutes forever"? If so, what are they? An interesting study is to search out the "statutes forever" and the "everlasting ordinances" to see just what they are. Is part of this prophetic call for repentance and to return to God manifesting in the call to bless and support Israel, and to keep the "forever statutes "? Some of the more relevant ones to consider for the Church are keeping the Sabbath and the Holy Feasts of Israel. Things to ponder on.
May the blessings of Shalom to unto all of you,
d
