1 Ch 12:32 Of the sons of Issachar, men who understood the times, with knowledge of what Israel should do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their kinsmen were at their command.

The sons of Issachar were intelligent men, who understood the signs of the times, well versed in political affairs, and knew what was proper to be done in all the exigencies of human life; and who now perceived that it was both the duty and political interest of Israel to advance David to the throne.Today we seek sons and daughters of Issachar, men and women who understand the times we are living in and know what is to be done in all the exigencies of human life to advance King Jesus to His throne.

This blog is devoted to seeking Biblical truth related to current world events.

Understanding the times and seasons that we are living in.

Understand the times and seasons that we are living in.

With all the almost unbelievable things going on and being revealed daily throughout the world, and for us in the USA especially, we as Christians must remember that these things are not the big story. To truly grasp the big picture all of these dynamics happening on the earth in the natural must be seen in the light of God's great story and plan for the planet earth and its inhabitants. God is in control! His great plan is unfolding right before our eyes. Our task as true Christians is to take our part in His plan. To do this we must know the plan. The question is, do all Christians really know the plan? If you have not read and studied the prophets OT and NT and diligently sought the Lord for His revelation understanding of these scriptures, then you probably do not know the plan. When we know the plan we can pray into current events and situations correctly. When we know the plan we can participate in the plan by doing our part. These are exciting and important days for the Church. "God stuff" is happening all around us and we are privileged to be here for such a time as this. See what is happening in the world around us through a Kingdom perspective and pray that the Father's will be done, not necessarily what our will and desires would dictate. We are the Esthers of our day. Go before the King and intercede for the souls of the people of the earth. Go out into the highways and byways and compel those you find to come into God's Kingdom by leading them to our Lord and Savior, Jesus.
[Eph 2:10 NLT] 10 For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
[Rev 2:29 NKJV] 29 "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." '
