THE WRATH OF GOD

[Rev 6:12 NASB20] And I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great
earthquake; and the sun became as black as sackcloth made of hair, and the
whole moon became like blood;
[Rev 6:13 NASB20] and the stars of the sky fell to the
earth, as a fig tree drops its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind.
[Rev 6:14 NASB20] The sky was split apart like a scroll when
it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.
[Rev 6:15 NASB20] Then the kings of the earth and the
eminent people, and the commanders and the wealthy and the strong, and every
slave and free person hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the
mountains;
[Rev 6:16 NASB20] and they said to the mountains and the
rocks, "Fall on us
and hide us from the sight of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of
the Lamb;
[Rev
6:17 NASB20] for the great day of Their wrath has come, and who is able to
stand?"
Isa
26:21 For behold, the LORD
is about to come out from His place To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity;
And the earth will reveal her bloodshed And will no longer cover her slain.
This day is quickly approaching.
You do not want to be a part of it. Anyone can be saved from the wrath of God
by accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior. The time is now before it is too
late.
[Rev 3:10 NASB20] 'Because you have kept My word of
perseverance, I also will
keep you from the hour of the testing, that [hour] which is about to come upon
the whole world, to test those who live on the earth.
[Rom 5:9 NASB20] Much more then, having now been justified
by His blood, we shall be
saved from the wrath [of God] through Him.
[Jhn 3:36 NASB20] "The one who believes in the Son has eternal life; but the one who
does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him."
[1Th 5:9 NASB20] For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through
our Lord Jesus Christ,

His Son from Heaven, whom He raised from the dead, {that is} Jesus, who rescues us from the
wrath to come

2:3 Seek the LORD, All you humble of the earth Who have carried out His
ordinances; Seek righteousness, seek humility. Perhaps you will be hidden In the day of the LORD'S
anger.

26:20 Come, my people,
enter into your rooms
And close your doors behind you; Hide for a little while Until indignation runs {its} course.

trouble He will conceal
me in His tabernacle; In the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock.

in You; And in the shadow
of Your wings I will take refuge Until destruction passes by.

look on with your eyes And see the recompense of the wicked.
Psalms 32:7 (NKJV) 7 You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble;
You shall surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.
Psalms 94:12-13 (NKJV) 12 Blessed is the man whom You
instruct, O Lord, And teach out of Your law, 13 That You may give him rest from the days
of adversity, Until the pit is dug for the wicked.
This is the wrath of God
[Rom 1:18 NASB20] For the wrath of God is revealed from
heaven against all
ungodliness and unrighteousness of people who suppress the truth in
unrighteousness,
[Rom 12:19 NASB20] Never take your own revenge, beloved, but
leave room for the wrath [of God,] for it is written: "VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY,"
says the Lord.
[Eph 5:6 NASB20] [See that] no one deceives you with empty words, for because
of these things the wrath
of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.
[Col 3:6 NASB20] [For it is] because of these things [that] the wrath of God is coming upon
the sons of disobedience,
[Rev 14:10 NASB20] he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God,
which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire
and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the
Lamb.

clusters from] the vine of the earth, and threw [them] into the great wine
press of the wrath of God.

and marvelous, seven angels who had seven plagues, [which are] the last, because in them the wrath of God
is finished.

the seven angels seven
golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.
[Rev 16:1 NASB20] Then I heard a loud voice from the temple,
saying to the seven angels, "Go and pour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God."
[Rev 19:15 NASB20] From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He
may strike down the
nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the
wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty.
[Psa 21:9 NASB20] You will make them as a fiery oven in the
time of your anger; The LORD will swallow them up in His wrath, And fire will devour them.
[Psa 110:5 NASB20] The Lord is at Your right hand; He will shatter kings in the day
of His wrath.
[Isa 9:19 NASB20] By the wrath of the LORD of armies the land is burned, And
the people are like fuel for the fire; No one spares his brother.
[Jer 10:10 NASB20] But the LORD is the true God; He is the
living God and the everlasting King. The earth quakes at His wrath, And the nations cannot endure His indignation.
[Jer 23:19 NASB20] "Behold, the storm of the LORD has gone forth in wrath, Even a
whirling tempest; It will swirl down on the head of the wicked.
[Jer 25:15 NASB20] For this is what the LORD, the God of
Israel, says to me: "Take
this cup of the wine of wrath from My hand and give it to all the nations to
whom I send you, to drink [from it.]
[Jer 30:23 NASB20] Behold, the tempest of the LORD! Wrath
has gone forth, A sweeping
tempest; It will whirl upon the head of the wicked.
[Jer 36:7 NASB20] "Perhaps their pleading will come
before the LORD, and everyone will turn from his evil way; for great is the anger and the wrath
that the LORD has pronounced against this people."
[Eze 7:19 NASB20] 'They will fling their silver into the streets, and their gold will
become an abhorrent thing; their silver and their gold will not be able to save
them on the day of the wrath of the LORD. They cannot satisfy their
appetite, nor can they fill their stomachs, because their wrongdoing has become a cause of stumbling.
[Eze 13:13 NASB20] Therefore, this is what the Lord GOD
says: "I will make a violent
wind break out in My wrath. There will also be in My anger a flooding rain and hailstones to
consume [it] in wrath.
[Eze 20:33 NASB20] "As I live," declares the Lord
GOD, "with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm and with wrath poured out, I
assuredly shall be king over you.
[Eze 21:17 NASB20] "I will also clap My hands, and I will satisfy My
wrath; I, the LORD, have spoken."
[Nah 1:2 NASB20] A jealous and avenging God is the LORD; The
LORD is avenging and wrathful. The LORD takes vengeance on His adversaries, And He reserves wrath for
His enemies.
[Zec 7:12 NASB20] "They also made their hearts [as hard as] a diamond
so that they could not
hear the Law and the words which the LORD of armies had sent by His
Spirit through the former prophets; therefore great wrath came from the LORD of
armies.
[Zec 8:2 NASB20] "The LORD of armies says this: 'I am
exceedingly jealous for Zion,
yes, with great wrath I am
jealous for her.'
[Rom 12:19 NASB20] Never take your own revenge, beloved, but
leave room for the wrath [of God,] for it is written: "VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY,"
says the Lord.
[Psa 110:5 NASB20] The Lord is at Your right hand; He will shatter kings in the day
of His wrath.
[Pro 11:4 NASB20] Riches do not benefit on the day of wrath, But righteousness rescues
from death.
[Eze 7:12 NASB20] 'The time has come, the day has arrived. Let neither the buyer rejoice
nor the seller mourn; for wrath is against all their multitude.
[Eze 38:19 NASB20] "In My zeal and in My blazing wrath
I declare [that] on that
day there will certainly be a great earthquake in the land of Israel.
[Rom 2:5 NASB20] But because of your stubbornness and unrepentant heart you are storing
up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous
judgment of God,
[Rev 6:17 NASB20] for the great day of Their wrath has come, and who is able to
stand?"
The Day of Wrath is also known as The Day of the Lord
[Isa 13:6 ESV] Wail, for the day of the LORD is near; as destruction from the Almighty
it will come!
[Isa 13:9 ESV] Behold, the day of the LORD comes, cruel, with wrath and fierce
anger, to make the land a desolation and to destroy its sinners from it.
[Jer 46:10 ESV] That day is the day of the Lord GOD of
hosts, a day of vengeance,
to avenge himself on his foes. The sword shall devour and be sated and
drink its fill of their blood. For the Lord GOD of hosts holds a sacrifice in
the north country by the river Euphrates.
[Eze 13:5 ESV] You have not gone up into the breaches, or built up a wall for the
house of Israel, that it might stand in battle in the day of the LORD.
[Eze 30:3 ESV] For the day is near, the day of the LORD is
near; it will be a day of
clouds, a time of doom for the nations.
[Joe 1:15 ESV] Alas for the day! For the day of the LORD is
near, and as destruction
from the Almighty it comes.
[Joe 2:1 ESV] Blow a trumpet in Zion; sound an alarm on my holy mountain! Let all
the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the LORD is coming;
it is near,
[Joe 2:11 ESV] The LORD utters his voice before his army,
for his camp is exceedingly great; he who executes his word is powerful. For the day of the LORD is great
and very awesome; who can endure it?
[Joe 3:14 ESV] Multitudes, multitudes, in the valley of decision! For the day
of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
[Amo 5:18 ESV] Woe to you who desire the day of the LORD!
Why would you have the day of the LORD? It is darkness, and not light,
[Amo 5:20 ESV] Is not the day of the LORD darkness, and not light, and
gloom with no brightness in it?
[Oba 1:15 ESV] For the day of the LORD is near upon all the nations. As you have done,
it shall be done to you; your deeds shall return on your own head.
[Zep 1:7 ESV] Be silent before the Lord GOD! For the day of
the LORD is near; the LORD
has prepared a sacrifice and consecrated his guests.
[Zep 1:14 ESV] The great day of the LORD is near, near and hastening fast;
the sound of the day of the LORD is bitter; the mighty man cries aloud there.
[Act 2:20 ESV] the sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood, before the
day of the Lord comes, the great and magnificent day.
[1Co 5:5 ESV] you are to deliver this man to Satan for the destruction of the flesh,
so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord.
[1Th 5:2 ESV] For you yourselves are fully aware that the
day of the Lord will come
like a thief in the night.
[2Th 2:2 ESV] not to be quickly shaken in mind or alarmed, either by a spirit or a
spoken word, or a letter seeming to be from us, to the effect that the
day of the Lord has come.
[2Pe 3:10 ESV] But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then
the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned
up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be
exposed.
